Tektronix TLA 7N4 TLA7N4 Analyzer Module for TLA714 TLA704
Item Description: This module will work directly with TLA714 or TLA720 mainframes. It will also work with TLA704 which have option V3 installed (we have not found this to be common). Probes sold separately. If you're gonna have 128 or more data lines to monitor, we highly recommend that you build Mictor test connectors into your PC board. :)
