Item Description: Belden 7882A Cat 6 Plenum Wire Insulation: Teflon FEP Jacket: Flamarrest PVC RoHS certification date: 10/13/05 Cable Manufactured before the RoHS date may contain lead, a toxic heavy metal. Plenum cable was often manufactured with 5-10% lead to bind the PVC jacket. This lead can come off during handling. It is advised that you wash your hands after handling! Dotcomrecycling.com does not sell twisted pair cat 5 or 6 cable which contains lead per manufacturer's specification and manufacture date.
